Hey, I’m Elliemay!

…and these are my quail! I’m a small quail farmer in Northern Nevada. I produce:

  • Quail as pets

  • Farm fresh eggs for eating

  • Therapy Chicks (1 day rental)

  • Hatching rental kits (7 week rental)

  • Pickled quail eggs

  • Eggs for hatching quail

  • Frozen quail for birds of prey, reptiles, and training dogs

  • Canned sauces from my vegetable garden: salsa verde, enchilada sauce, wing sauce, BBQ sauce, marinera sauce

My quail live happy, healthy lives without hormones, GMOs, or antibiotics. Their enclosures are enriched to keep them engaged and comfortable. My birds are treated lovingly, and processed humanely.
